I am an experienced youth development practitioner and have led several overseas projects supporting vulnerable children and adults in the global south. I also have 7 years’ experience training volunteers and staff members to effectively work cross culturally and run sustainable youth development projects across Africa and Asia.

More recently, I have been working as a facilitator, coach and mentor to young people and adults in Sussex. This work has specialised in careers information, advice and guidance. This has given me extensive insight into the complex barriers faced by young people and the challenges of navigating the job market in the early years of your career journey.

I am passionate about CPD and uses my diverse experience to support, develop and build the capacity of my clients.
